100th Birthday GIVEAWAY Challenge!

Hello my dear friends,
Today I would like to share with you a quick Birthday card project.
It is Parisian themed and challenge inspired..
I pulled from Pinterest few Parisian/fashion illustrations ...

 and choose one to work with..

 I wanted to make a shaker card, so I cut multiple layers of paper to create a window, used some cellophane from packaging, die cut decorative border out of paper line; sprinkle some sequence and
Ta-Da!!!
