Here close look for you in the pictures...

For more information on that creation I would ask you to watch the video again, because it is much easier for me to say than to write it down. Thank you and have wonderful day!

White and Black Birthday Card, Suitcase, Pin Cushion

Well lets start the opening ceremony with Birthday card...
I used B&W Rustic Toile Cotton from my store to work on all Tricia's BD gifts joined by one thyme.
Card was made at last, because I wasn't sure if I will have enough of material for all items that I planed to make for her...
Card size is 5 1/2 by 5 1/2 inch. I cut regular white cardstock and folded in half, than stitched fraded material on the top layer of the card, put black satin ribbon on the bottom and decorated it with the bow. By adding floral spray I framed image on the card. By adding Birthday tag and tuck it in to the flowers regular card became a Birthday card...
on the inside I needed to cover stiching - so I used Recollection's tape. For the center I decided to try my new Spellbinder Die and die cutted elements in two tones to bring up the decorative part of it.
On the bottom of my card I wrote a Birthday note and stamped corners with one of my stamps (floral corner).
So that was it for the Birthday Card.
Next on the count down list was Suitcase. I purchased Sizzix die not a long time ago for one of our Skype group projects... But I wanted to give it a try with material as well...
Here we go...
frayed edges gave it some extra charm...
for a holder I used Chinese Braid and I tied tulle and one of my cotton laces on the suitcase handle just as decoration...

Inside I decorated with paper doilie and some lace as well and stuffed it with vintage doilies and stick pins.

Ok, now one of my favorites - Pin Cushion in the Frame...
I saw that idea on YT and it was absolutely cute, so I scraplift it to the last element... Too cute...

It was challenging to secure that egg like cushion in such small frame: E6000 and clips were the best friends for couple days....
Ok, now that you have seen the pictures of these projects, you probably is ready to watch a video...
Thank you very much for stopping by, see you next time!
Hugs, Natasha
