Shabby Chic Tshirt Flowers

Guess what I have been up to?
I was making flowers from old T-shirts…
Yes, do not laugh. I will explain why and how I came up with this idea.
My son is growing like a mushroom…Sweet 16TEENssss…. I am trying to keep up & capture the most important moments in his life as much as I can…
So, his uniform, closing is not an exception. I can use anything!
I am collecting his T-shirts from the trips, camps, etc and cutting those into squares hoping that one day I will sew for his a quilt blanket using those. That should be something special…Do you agree?
Last night I was cutting stack of those T-shirts, putting it together by grade: 1st, 2nd… 7th, 8th. After finishing my planed project been very proud of myself I reached to all cut off pieces to throw those away and stopped… I sure can do something with those?!
Quick research on internet, and here we go…
